About Liberty Place Assisted Living

Cindy Habluetzel is the Director of Liberty Place Assisted Living. She is a native of Kansas who grew up in Leavenworth, Kansas and currently resides in Clay Center with her family. She has a degree in Health Administration in addition to being a licensed Assisted Living Operator and licensed Certified Medication Aide (CMA). The board of directors are thrilled to have Director Cindy and know that the combination of her education, work experience, and positive attitude make her the perfect person to lead the team of Liberty Place Assisted Living.

Director Cindy has a passion for working with seniors and a true desire to serve others in the community. She and her husband, Jerry, consider Clay Center their forever home and are actively involved in their church. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family including one son, three daughters, and 12 grandchildren. She also enjoys hobbies such as exercising, reading, gardening, and going to the movies.

As a Director, she is looking forward to leading the caregiving team so that together we can provide the best care to all Liberty Place residents.
